Oracle EPM Profitability & Cost Management Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Profitability & Cost Management (PCMCS/EPCM) developer to join our team on a contract basis. The role is fully remote and focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing allocation models and cost‑management solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain allocation rules and rule sets within PCMCS/EPCM.
• Develop driver‑based allocations and custom calculations using MDX.
• Manage PCM/EPCM dimensions and ensure data integrity.
• Validate models and optimize calculation performance.
• Create profitability reports and dashboards using Smart View.
• Perform allocation trace and rule balancing to ensure accurate results.
• Integrate EPM data with ERP/GL loads and support data loads.
• Automate processes with EPM Automate and REST APIs.
• Support Enterprise Data Management (EDM) initiatives.
• Implement activity‑based costing and cost accounting structures.
• Configure shared services chargebacks, ITFM, and transfer pricing allocations.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Oracle EPM PCMCS/EPCM platforms.
• Strong background in allocation modeling and cost management.
• Deep knowledge of MDX and driver‑based calculations.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, contract‑oriented environment.
