About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPBCS Consultant to join our team in Tampa, FL. The consultant will lead the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service solutions for large‑scale finance transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

Architect and configure Oracle EPBCS environments, including planning, budgeting, forecasting and consolidation modules.
Develop business rules, calculation scripts and Groovy code to meet complex financial logic.
Integrate EPBCS with Oracle ERP/Cloud ERP and other data sources using EPM Data Management, Data Maps and Smart Push.
Produce forms, dashboards, Smart View reports and financial reports for end‑users.
Lead end‑to‑end EPM implementations (minimum three), manage testing, deployment and production support.
Document solution designs, technical specifications and provide knowledge transfer to clients.
Collaborate with stakeholders using Agile/Scrum methodology and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

13+ years of professional experience in finance/IT consulting.
7–10+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle EPBCS.
Proven track record of large‑scale finance transformation and multiple full‑cycle EPM implementations.
Strong stakeholder management and client interaction skills.

SQL (basic), Unix/Linux (preferred).
Agile/Scrum methodology.
