About the role

Infosys is seeking an Oracle EBS Financials Functional Consultant to join its Oracle unit in Sidney, Ohio. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end ERP solutions, customizing and integrating Oracle E‑Business Suite financial modules to meet client business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and validate business requirements with stakeholders across multiple units.
• Assist in solution architecture and customize Oracle EBS Financials (GL, AP, AR) based on detailed specifications.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain new features, conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Configure interfaces, execute ETL processes, and support system integration to guarantee consistent data flow.
• Assess system performance, identify enhancement opportunities, and produce comprehensive documentation and user training.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Oracle EBS Financials.
• Experience handling full‑cycle ERP package customization and implementation.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Hands‑on coding experience and a collaborative communication style.
