Oracle Database Solution Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Database Solution Architect to lead large‑scale enterprise transformation programmes. The role requires strong Oracle and enterprise architecture expertise combined with senior programme leadership, stakeholder management and delivery governance.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery across multi‑region technology teams and programmes.
• Define and embed programme governance, including planning cadences, RAID management, quality controls and escalation frameworks.
• Lead integrated planning across Agile and Waterfall workstreams, ensuring scope alignment, resource planning and cross‑team dependency management.
• Ensure delivery timelines, quality standards, governance compliance and customer expectations are met under strict deadlines.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, tools and operational efficiency.
• Establish clear communication strategies, including executive reporting and stakeholder updates.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements discovery sessions to align teams on value‑driven outcomes.
• Apply technical depth in architecture, cloud platforms and enterprise systems to evaluate risks and support trade‑off decisions.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements and regulatory obligations.
• Foster a high‑performance, inclusive delivery culture with strong accountability and psychological safety.

Required profile

• 12–18+ years of technology delivery experience, with at least 5 years in senior programme or delivery leadership roles.
• Strong consulting background, including client advisory, engagement shaping and pre‑sales contributions.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale, multi‑geography technology programmes from initiation to BAU transition.
• Experience in regulated industries such as BFSI or capital markets is preferred.
• Excellent executive‑level communication and stakeholder management skills.
