Operator III – Fulfillment Shipper

About the role

The Fulfillment Shipper ensures end‑to‑end order processing, accurate shipping, and on‑time delivery in a food‑manufacturing environment. You will operate warehouse equipment, handle frozen and shelf‑stable products, and maintain strict food‑safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process Fishbowl orders using shipping software; pick, pack, and ship items accurately.
• Load and unload trucks, wrap outbound pallets, and manage UPS shipments.
• Maintain shipping supplies and trigger reorders when stock falls below minimum levels.
• Report quality, accuracy, or timeliness issues to the Team Lead and communicate product defects to Quality.
• Keep the work area sanitary and follow GMP, PPE, and food‑safety policies.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and other warehouse procedures as assigned.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors, case packers, and other material‑handling equipment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing or food‑and‑beverage environment.
• 2+ years shipping/packing experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (company‑issued license required).
• Pallet jack and wave/palletizer operation.
• Fishbowl shipping software and order‑picking system usage.
• Barcode scanner and computer operation.
• Conveyor and case packer operation.
