Operator II, Maintenance Operations

About the role

Join our maintenance operations team as an Operator II and play a key role in keeping equipment reliable and production running smoothly. You will coordinate maintenance activities, manage inventory, and support continuous‑improvement initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on conveyor systems and industrial wrappers, including belts, bearings, motors, PLCs and sensors.
• Carry out general building maintenance such as lighting, plumbing, carpentry and basic electrical work while adhering to safety standards and building codes.
• Implement preventive‑maintenance schedules, document all work performed, and track equipment performance.
• Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations, identify hazards and report them promptly.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, including conveyor systems, industrial wrappers and building upkeep.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and mechanical aptitude across electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read technical diagrams, manuals and blueprints.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to a safe work environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand, walk and climb ladders; flexible to work 3‑shift, 24‑hour operations.
