Operator I, Warehouse & Distribution Operations

About the role

Alcon’s Supply Chain team is seeking an Operator I to support warehouse and distribution operations. You will help ensure products are stored, managed, and shipped efficiently while adhering to strict quality and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual and operational tasks in warehouses and distribution centers to maintain smooth processes.
• Optimize storage space and material flows while ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate shipments.
• Operate equipment, following certification requirements where applicable.
• Follow established SOPs and GxP regulations with minimal decision‑making authority.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent reading, writing and communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work the 2nd shift (8‑hour schedule).
• On‑site work location in Fort Worth.
