Operations/Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Operations/Logistics Coordinator supports the Senior Manager, Operations and the Director, Logistics & Customer Service in driving efficient supply‑chain processes for CLEAN BEAUTY COLLECTIVE. Working from a hybrid New York office, you will act as the central link between internal teams, suppliers and transportation partners to ensure products move smoothly from production to market.

Key responsibilities

• Create item codes, UPCs, GTINs and Bills of Materials for new products in SAP Business One and maintain item master data.
• Generate purchase orders, manage inventory transactions and support production planning and vendor scheduling.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, monitor freight movements and handle import/export documentation.
• Review freight invoices, track shipments and resolve any logistics issues with carriers and warehouses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Finance and Customer Service to align supply‑chain activities with business needs.
• Maintain system hierarchies and ensure data accuracy across SAP and related tools.

Required profile

• Strong organizational abilities with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers and logistics partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, consumer‑focused environment.
• Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management processes.
