Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead our Savannah, GA warehouse team. The role oversees ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing and shipping of materials, ensuring efficient workflow and high inventory accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, physical audits and catch‑weight adjustments.
• Plan inbound and outbound schedules, review appointment logs and open order reports to meet customer metrics.
• Determine staffing needs, assign duties, and manage payroll for the department.
• Update and communicate operational procedures to warehouse associates.
• Track productivity, evaluate performance and ensure safety compliance.
• Resolve discrepancies between inventory records and physical stock, recommending corrective actions.
• Provide guidance on proper handling, storage and shipping of items.

Required profile

• Experience supervising warehouse or logistics staff.
• Strong understanding of inventory control processes.
• Ability to analyze data, investigate variances and adjust records.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.
