Operations Sr Specialist

About the role

Togetherhood is seeking a resourceful, systems‑oriented Operations Senior Specialist to support the supply side of its education marketplace. The role offers hands‑on experience across multiple operational areas in a fast‑growing, mission‑driven startup.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute key operational processes, coordinating outreach to instructors for Day 1 readiness.
• Support the Business Operations Lead with staffing requests, instructor matching, and ticketing support.
• Document quality concerns, class‑level notes, and onboarding workflows.
• Assist Talent Acquisition during peak seasons by reviewing candidate qualifications.
• Build, automate, and track operational processes, including AI‑based automations and communication workflows.
• Partner with leadership to develop reports, dashboards, and operational KPIs.
• Contribute ideas for streamlining workflows and support special projects as needed.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, project management, or process‑oriented roles within tech‑first organizations.
• Interest in early‑stage startups and comfort working in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in the Bryant Park area three days per week.

What we offer

• Base compensation of $63,000 – $70,000 per year.
