Operations Specialist – 12‑Week Operator Program

About the role

Join allwhere’s selective 12‑week Operator Program as an Operations Specialist. You will work full‑time in the New York office, rotating across order management, customer experience, analytics, vendor coordination, supply chain, and OEM program management.

Key responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day order management, ensuring timely delivery of IT assets worldwide.
• Coordinate with vendors and third‑party partners to manage inbound shipments and outbound deliveries.
• Validate and maintain data on inventory, shipments, and customer orders.
• Support customer experience initiatives by addressing issues and improving processes.
• Analyze operational metrics to identify efficiency opportunities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with ownership and accountability.
