Operations & Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Operations & Sales Manager to join our fast‑growing US‑based logistics and parking operations company. This fully remote position requires a proactive leader who can balance sales activities with operational oversight while communicating confidently with business clients and drivers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support the sales team.
• Monitor daily sales and operational performance.
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries.
• Oversee invoicing and payment collection processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients and partners.
• Ensure operational organization and reporting accuracy.
• Review occupancy, revenue, and operational reporting.
• Support customer service quality and resolve issues.
• Coordinate multiple moving parts in a remote environment.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in operations management, sales management, logistics or similar roles.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous remote work experience.
• Experience managing or supervising a team.
• Comfortable handling outbound communication and customer interactions.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems, invoicing tools, or reporting platforms.
• Ability to work independently and stay proactive without constant supervision.
• Professional, solutions‑focused mindset.
