About the role
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Operations & Sales Manager to join our fast‑growing US‑based logistics and parking operations company. This fully remote position requires a proactive leader who can balance sales activities with operational oversight while communicating confidently with business clients and drivers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and support the sales team.
- Monitor daily sales and operational performance.
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries.
- Oversee invoicing and payment collection processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients and partners.
- Ensure operational organization and reporting accuracy.
- Review occupancy, revenue, and operational reporting.
- Support customer service quality and resolve issues.
- Coordinate multiple moving parts in a remote environment.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in operations management, sales management, logistics or similar roles.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous remote work experience.
- Experience managing or supervising a team.
- Comfortable handling outbound communication and customer interactions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with CRM systems, invoicing tools, or reporting platforms.
- Ability to work independently and stay proactive without constant supervision.
- Professional, solutions‑focused mindset.
