Operations Manager – Substance Use Disorder Treatment

About the role

CRI‑Help is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day execution of shared operational functions across its residential, outpatient and recovery housing sites in Los Angeles County. The role translates the COO’s strategic direction into documented, compliant activities and ensures consistent operational standards across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily execution of shared operational functions across residential, outpatient and recovery housing sites.
• Maintain licensing, certification, accreditation and quality‑management compliance.
• Administer policies, procedures and electronic health‑record (EHR) systems.
• Coordinate contracts and vendors and oversee operational data reporting.
• Supervise the Operations and Compliance Coordinator, Office Managers and other support staff.
• Lead process‑improvement projects assigned by the COO.
• Act as liaison between the COO, Program Managers, department heads and site‑level staff.

Required profile

• Experience managing operational functions in a healthcare or nonprofit environment.
• Ability to translate executive direction into consistent, documented processes.
• Strong supervisory skills for coordinating multiple operational teams.
