Operations Manager, Product Implementation

About the role

Lyra Health, a provider of evidence-based mental health care, is looking for a strategic, results-driven Operations Manager to join its Provider Core Ops, Systems Implementation (PCOSI) team and lead Product Implementation. You will manage the product implementation team and drive the operational execution, change management and launch strategy for product features affecting the full provider network and client base. You will act as the bridge between clinical standards, service line goals and business targets, and work directly with Product, Engineering, Design, Clinical and Service Line leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Implementation leads and senior individual contributors, developing tactical plans and supporting career development.
• Own the operational strategy and execution of product and policy changes across the full product lifecycle, enabling providers and clients.
• Act as the main operational liaison to Product, Tech and Clinical leadership, surfacing risks early and reconciling program goals with business goals.
• Evolve launch playbooks into repeatable frameworks for growing product complexity and multi-channel rollouts.
• Translate clinical and operational priorities into technical product requirements, working with Systems Architecture so backend Salesforce/EHR scaffolding supports user-facing features.
• Oversee implementation communications and enablement so providers and clinical ops teams can deliver care smoothly.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Clinical Operations, Program Management, Business Operations or a related digital health/healthcare function.
• Proven track record as a direct people manager, setting operational roadmaps and mentoring senior contributors.
• Direct experience working closely with clinicians, care providers or clinical leadership in a healthcare or digital health setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to influence senior executives and negotiate competing priorities.

Required skills

• Software development lifecycle and product rollout experience.
• Tech stack: Salesforce, EHR, Zendesk, Asana, Jira.
• Analytical acumen with operational and product health metrics to measure adoption and refine processes.
