Operations Manager – MPS Alta

About the role

The Operations Manager leads all operational activities for the MPS Alta platform, covering supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, product quality, and cost control. This position ensures safe, efficient, and profitable operations while meeting customer requirements for quality, delivery, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations for mask equipment platforms, ensuring schedules are met on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with supply‑chain teams to manage supplier performance, inventory, and material availability.
• Oversee factory acceptance testing, shipment, installation, and customer acceptance processes.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and semiconductor industry standards, driving root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Deploy continuous‑improvement and Lean initiatives to reduce cycle times, improve productivity, and eliminate waste.
• Develop and monitor operational budgets, control manufacturing costs, and identify margin‑improvement opportunities.
• Manage facility infrastructure—including cleanrooms, chilled water, compressed dry air, and power systems—to achieve >99% uptime.
• Lead manufacturing, planning, and logistics teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and development.

Required profile

• Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of manufacturing and supply‑chain concepts and integrates them across functions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple related teams, set priorities, allocate resources, and influence senior leadership.
• Experience driving Lean, 5S, and safety initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
