Operations Manager – Manufacturing (Milwaukee, WI)

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high‑volume manufacturing operation in the Greater Milwaukee / Mount Pleasant area. The role oversees large‑scale production environments such as food packaging, thermoforming, paper converting, consumer packaging, and automotive manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop large manufacturing teams to achieve production targets.
• Provide operational and financial leadership across the plant.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Engineering degree.
• Extensive experience in process‑driven manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record of leading large manufacturing teams.
• Strong operational and financial leadership capabilities.
• Demonstrated success improving safety, quality, and efficiency.
