Operations Manager

About the role

The Workroom LA is seeking a proactive Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our vertically integrated apparel business. You will ensure smooth day‑to‑day office functions, support employee onboarding, manage vendor relationships, and drive company‑wide projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations, maintain an organized workplace, and manage supplies for office, warehouse, and breakroom.
• Coordinate company travel, lodging, and transportation logistics.
• Manage building maintenance, repairs, inspections, and relationships with contractors and service vendors.
• Lead office improvements, relocations, and workplace projects.
• Set up employee technology (computers, email, phone systems, software access) and act as liaison with IT providers.
• Track equipment and technology assets to ensure systems remain functional.
• Provide administrative support to leadership, prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications.
• Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and logistics for meetings, events, trade shows, and special projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in office or facilities operations.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
