Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will support cross‑functional teams by overseeing invoice processing, vendor coordination, and inventory management for marketing programs. This full‑time position works closely with finance, procurement, supply chain, and marketing to ensure timely execution of contracts and shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and manage invoice entry, obtain proof of performance, and collaborate with finance and A/P on payments.
• Investigate invoice issues, conduct research, and resolve discrepancies.
• Submit program approval requests with Marketing leads and track status through the company portal.
• Proofread contracts and documents, execute contracts, and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with procurement to finalize vendors and create purchase orders in the BQMS system.
• Request inventory via the NERP system and work with supply chain to ensure timely shipments.
• Gather inventory forecasts for mobile devices and accessories, entering data into the GSCM system.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel templates as needed.
• Handle ad‑hoc requests and support various administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1‑2 years of experience in an administrative support role with similar responsibilities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally with internal departments and external vendors.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Experience using BQMS, NERP, and GSCM systems.

• Hourly pay of $30.00‑$33.00.
