Operations Integrator – Training & Student Management

About the role

The Operations Integrator supports training operations for military education programs, handling student management, course scheduling, and administrative functions. Working primarily at Fort Bragg and Camp Mackall, the role ensures accurate student records, timely reporting, and smooth execution of training events.

Key responsibilities

• Administer student management processes, maintain and monitor student records, and track completion and attrition.
• Manage and update course schedules, coordinate support requirements for training events, and assist with short‑range training activities.
• Process attrition actions, prepare Relief Memoranda, and route approvals through proper channels.
• Compile training execution statistics, report on capacity, graduation rates, attrition, and roster accuracy.
• Coordinate centralized support for higher‑headquarters taskings, facilitate requirements with subordinate organizations, and participate in synchronization meetings.
• Prepare and submit start, completion, and graduation rosters within required timelines.

Required profile

• Experience in student management processes and tracking student completion and attrition.
• Experience performing related administrative functions in a training environment.
• Active SECRET security clearance that must remain current throughout employment.
