Operations & Delivery Project Manager (LATAM)

About the role

Rwazi is seeking an Operations & Delivery Project Manager to build and run its contributor network across Latin America. This hybrid field‑desk role involves recruiting contributors, supervising field agents, and delivering data‑collection projects from specification to acceptance.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, vet, and onboard contributors and field agents across LATAM markets.
• Meet contributors and partners in person, run recruitment drives, onboarding sessions, and meet‑ups.
• Source, onboard, and manage implementation partners such as studios, agencies, and field firms.
• Hire, brief, schedule, and supervise field agents, including on‑site oversight of collection days.
• Own live data‑collection projects end‑to‑end, ensuring volume, quality, timeline, and budget targets are met.
• Enforce quality standards, provide real‑time support to contributors, and ensure accurate, fast payments.

Required profile

• Experience managing distributed field teams, gig‑economy contributors, or crowdsourced data‑collection operations, preferably across multiple LATAM markets.
• Hands‑on field experience running recruitment drives, trainings, site visits, or collection operations.
• Experience managing third‑party vendors or partners against specifications and deadlines.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region, including short‑notice trips.
