Operations Coordinator – Property Management

About the role

Greystar is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the Ballard On the Park community. You will provide essential administrative and operational assistance to the maintenance and operations teams, ensuring the property remains well‑maintained, compliant, and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations staff to support daily facility management activities.
• Ensure units and common areas are clean, well‑maintained, and move‑in ready.
• Conduct routine inspections of custodial work, building entryways, and special work order areas.
• Assist with vendor management, purchase agreements, change orders, and transmittal packages.
• Perform routine maintenance and equipment inspections as needed.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in housing operations, property management, or a related field.
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
