Operations Controller

About the role

As an Operations Controller you will be a key member of the Operations Management Team, providing financial insights and strategic guidance to drive operational excellence across FrieslandCampina’s Wisconsin manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to monitor performance, analyse key metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Deliver financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and standard costing for Wisconsin plants.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Transform complex data into actionable insights using SAP, HFM and Power BI.
• Collaborate with the Operations Director and a global network of Controllers, including colleagues in the Netherlands.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of finance, controlling or accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate numbers into business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted partnerships across all organisational levels.
