Operations Consulting Manager – Commodities (RightAngle/Endur)

About the role

PWC is seeking an experienced Operations Consulting Manager to lead commodity‑focused projects using the RightAngle and Endur platforms. You will work with clients to optimise sourcing, procurement and overall operational efficiency, driving cost savings and supply‑chain resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end consulting engagements for commodity clients, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery.
• Analyse client sourcing and procurement processes, identify improvement opportunities and design strategic solutions.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and adherence to PwC standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement digital procurement tools and RightAngle/Endur solutions.
• Manage client relationships, facilitate difficult conversations and uphold professional and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations consulting, preferably within commodities, sourcing or procurement.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of coaching and performance management.
• Ability to analyse complex systems and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
