Operations Assistant – Woodland Glen III, IV & V

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Assistant to support the Woodland Glen III, IV & V communities in Lexington. The role assists the property management team with leasing, marketing and customer‑service tasks, helping to achieve occupancy and resident‑retention goals during the busy summer season.

Key responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties related to leasing, marketing initiatives and resident inquiries.
• Support the property management team in meeting occupancy targets and retention objectives.
• Assist with weekend work and summer conference activities from May through August.
• Coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure smooth community operations.

Required profile

• Current University of Kentucky student in good academic and disciplinary standing.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to make mature, responsible decisions and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude and capability to collaborate with diverse teams.
