Operations Analyst

About the role

Safra Securities LLC is seeking an Operations Analyst to support its securities operations team. The role focuses on client relationships and the end-to-end trade lifecycle, providing middle- and back-office support across a range of products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage middle and back-office processes for asset-backed securities, preferred equities, and equity-linked options.
• Maintain client relationships and respond to internal and external inquiries.
• Ensure trade valuations and settlements are reported to DTCC in compliance with CFTC regulations.
• Monitor operational controls, perform oversight and risk-management activities.
• Collaborate with front-end trading systems such as Bloomberg and portfolio platforms.

Required profile

• Experience in a self-clearing broker-dealer or custodian environment.
• Background in operational controls, risk management or audit.
• Professional communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• FINRA Series 99 registration or higher (preferred).
• Willingness to work onsite in New York, Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm.
