Operational Technology Product Owner

About the role

Moog is seeking an Operational Technology Product Owner to lead the OT Applications portfolio within its Enterprise Solutions Team. Based onsite in Buffalo, NY, you will drive reliable, secure, and value‑focused technology solutions that enable manufacturing excellence across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Own the OT Applications product portfolio, defining vision, priorities, and standards.
• Lead and develop a technical team, setting clear expectations and fostering collaboration.
• Deliver secure, reliable OT solutions that support 24×7 production environments.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Facilities, and Cybersecurity to evolve application capabilities.
• Manage product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and lifecycle management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of people‑management experience (supervisor, manager, or section head).
• At least 5 years of product ownership experience, preferably in mission‑critical environments.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, make trade‑offs, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to Moog sites and residence in the Buffalo, NY area.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of manufacturing shop‑floor systems (MES, OT applications).
• Experience with ERP, MES, or Quality Systems integrations.
• Familiarity with product‑management frameworks and certifications (ITIL, Agile, Lean).
