OpenText VIM Lead Consultant

About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Lead Consultant to join its Digital Experience unit in Richardson, TX. The role focuses on supporting, administering, and enhancing the OpenText VIM application integrated with SAP ECC/S/4HANA, while collaborating with business users and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project timelines, identify and address resource gaps to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support functional teams with advisory and consulting initiatives, including process‑oriented product evaluation and improvement projects.
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, ensuring quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Provide L2/L3 support for OpenText VIM, troubleshoot invoice processing incidents, and resolve workflow or document ingestion issues.
