OpenShift Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced OpenShift Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Red Hat OpenShift 4.x, ArgoCD, and Portworx, and will be able to hit the ground running in an on‑premise enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new applications to the OpenShift platform.
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, and operator maintenance.
• Manage and support Portworx storage solutions.
• Implement GitOps‑based deployments using ArgoCD.
• Participate in project and operational meetings.
• Provide platform support during scheduled maintenance windows and occasional after‑hours events.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience administering Red Hat OpenShift 4.x in an enterprise setting.
• Proven experience with ArgoCD and Portworx, especially on‑premise deployments.
• Background in Platform Engineering, SRE, Cloud Engineering, or Kubernetes Administration.
• Red Hat certifications (RHCA, RHCE, or OpenShift Specialist) are strongly preferred.
