About the role

HUMM, the newest concept from Chef Daniel Humm, is hosting an open call to fill both back‑of‑house and front‑of‑house positions for its West Village location. Candidates will join a fast‑paced, close‑knit team delivering a wood‑fired menu, robust cocktail program, and thoughtful wine list.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and plate shareable and individual dishes in a high‑volume kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and dining areas.
• Provide attentive, courteous service to guests, including taking orders and delivering food and drinks.
• Operate point‑of‑sale systems and handle cash or card transactions.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.
• Detail‑oriented, communicative, and eager to contribute to a new project.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting and handle pressure.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
