Onsite Recruiter – Education Sector

About the role

Kelly Services is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to support its education division in Duluth, MN. You will act as a brand ambassador, building relationships with schools, community organizations, and hiring managers while delivering end‑to‑end recruitment services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement recruiting strategies to meet staffing goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding process.
• Represent Kelly at job fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
• Travel up to 30% locally to attend hiring events, school visits, and talent‑sourcing activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, or human resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with a collaborative mindset.
• Valid United States driver’s license in good standing.
