On-Premise Sales Representative – Beer Portfolio

About the role

The On-Premise Representative builds and maintains strong relationships with bars, restaurants and entertainment venues, driving product availability, sales and brand visibility for Constellation Brands' beer portfolio. This field‑based role emphasizes increasing draft and package placements, activating brands through education and promotions, and delivering exceptional consumer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with on‑premise accounts such as bars, restaurants and entertainment venues.
• Achieve sales and distribution targets by securing new placements and increasing volume at existing accounts.
• Conduct regular visits to ensure proper product placement, stock rotation and point‑of‑sale material execution.
• Plan and execute on‑premise events, samplings, staff trainings and promotions to drive brand awareness.
• Monitor competitive activity, market trends and provide regular reporting to sales leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Approximately 1 year of results‑oriented outside sales or food‑and‑beverage experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and ability to travel flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self‑starter attitude.
