Omnichannel Manager

About the role

The Omnichannel Manager will develop and execute integrated programs that connect shoppers with our brands across digital and physical retail environments. This role bridges Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, eCommerce and retail partners to drive awareness, conversion and sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop omnichannel strategies and activation plans aligned to brand priorities and retailer objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end program development, execution and measurement across retailer digital platforms, in‑store activation and paid media.
• Support key customer engagements such as Joint Business Plans, buyer reviews and line reviews.
• Manage retailer promotional programs, budgets, forecasts and spend tracking.
• Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights and reporting to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 3‑5+ years experience in Shopper Marketing, Trade Marketing, eCommerce, Omnichannel Marketing, Sales or Category Management.
• Strong project management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with retailers, digital commerce platforms, media partners and external agencies preferred.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate performance data into insights.
