Office Site Manager – Boston

About the role

Canon Business Process Services, Inc. is seeking a full‑time, permanent Office Site Manager to lead onsite operations at its Boston location. The role combines leadership of contracted services with strategic partnership responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations and high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all client‑contracted services, delivering exceptional customer service and quality.
• Control budget, resource allocation, and forecasting tools to optimize spending and report expenses.
• Produce status, productivity, and performance reports to monitor staff effectiveness.
• Act as liaison between the client and CBPS, maintaining clear communication.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships, ensuring contract compliance and issue resolution.
• Prioritize and schedule work, including overflow tasks, and ensure proper equipment and supply usage.
• Lead staff meetings to convey corporate policies and goals.
• Recruit, develop, mentor, and evaluate staff, handling corrective actions per company policy.
• Monitor and meet production targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Required profile

• Four‑year college degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups and clients.
• Ability to establish credibility with customers and staff.
