Office Manager for Music School

About the role

Grace Music School is looking for an organized, personable Office Manager to coordinate private and group music lessons, serving as the main point of contact for students, parents, teachers, and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate student and teacher lesson schedules, including make‑ups, cancellations, and changes.
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and instructors about lessons, policies, and events.
• Support recitals, workshops, teacher performances, and other school events.
• Maintain a tidy reception and classroom environment.
• Handle inquiries from prospective students and manage the enrollment pipeline.

Required profile

• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑service oriented personality with attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and solution‑focused during last‑minute changes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with scheduling software and email.
• Experience using Google Workspace.
