Off-Premise Sales Representative – Retail Accounts

About the role

We are seeking an Off‑Premise Sales Representative to partner with grocery, liquor and convenience stores in the Las Vegas area. The role focuses on growing sales, increasing brand visibility and delivering exceptional service for our beer, wine and spirits portfolio. A reliable vehicle is required for travel to customer locations.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail accounts daily, establishing efficient routing patterns.
• Analyze each account, identify growth opportunities, complete surveys and ensure national‑account compliance.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, promoting new products, bar placements, drink lists and promotions.
• Maintain product levels by taking inventory and restocking shelves where legally permissible.
• Conduct educational training sessions for store staff on priority brands.
• Process credits, returns and manage receivables, communicating with accounts on aged balances.
• Achieve sales, distribution and merchandising targets set by management.
• Monitor inventory levels, alert management to stock‑out situations and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• Current associate of the company, able to submit application through the internal Career Portal.
• Motivated, customer‑focused and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Strong relationship‑building and strategic selling abilities.
• Reliable personal vehicle for travel to customer locations.
