OCM & Training Lead

About the role

The OCM & Training Lead will drive organizational change initiatives and deliver training across multiple field locations, ensuring user readiness for system rollouts. The role involves extensive travel, both onsite and virtual training, and collaboration with field operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to field locations to support and facilitate training sessions, both onsite and virtual.
• Prepare and deliver training materials, ensure access and environment setup for end‑users.
• Analyze mobile device management settings, propose improvements and support scaling of operations.
• Support system rollouts and go‑live events across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with mechanical, transportation and industrial field teams to align training with operational needs.
• Utilize agile and reporting tools such as Figma, Confluence, Jira and Tableau to track progress and report outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering training and supporting system deployments in multi‑site environments.
• Background working with field operations teams in mechanical, transportation or industrial settings.
• Familiarity with organizational change management methodologies and certifications (SAFe, Prosci, Kotter) preferred.
• Willingness to travel on short notice and work remotely.
