About the role
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist Floater to provide independent, accountable care for a complex patient population within the Therapy Central Office. The position supports professional and departmental growth while delivering age‑appropriate therapeutic services on a day shift with flexible hours.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver individualized occupational therapy interventions to patients of varying ages.
- Demonstrate independence and accountability in managing a complex caseload.
- Contribute to professional development and departmental improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Arkansas State Board of Occupational Therapy license.
- Minimum one year of professional experience or completion of required facility competencies.
- CPR certification.
- OTR or registry‑eligible occupational therapist with a BS or MS from an AOTA‑accredited program.
Required skills
