About the role

Join the State of Georgia’s education team as a Nursing Clinical Adjunct Instructor. You will deliver hands‑on nursing education in a clinical and lab setting, helping students develop practical skills while staying current with industry trends.

Key responsibilities

• Teach nursing courses in clinical and skills‑lab environments.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of nursing practices and emerging trends.
• Prepare and manage all required documentation, reports, and safety protocols for clinical activities.
• Collaborate with students, faculty, and staff to monitor and discuss student progress.
• Participate in committees, projects, and occasional day, evening, or weekend clinical sessions.

Required profile

• Associate Degree in Registered Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Valid Georgia RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification.
• Minimum three years of nursing experience within the past seven years.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, recent post‑secondary teaching experience.
