About the role
The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive care for patients with allergies, asthma, and immunology conditions. Working under the direction of managers and physicians, you will deliver direct nursing services, develop treatment plans, and support the practice’s core values.
Key responsibilities
- Manage health problems related to allergies, asthma, and immunology.
- Perform history and physical examinations for new and established patients.
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic or laboratory tests as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on clinical decisions.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary personnel.
- Provide patient‑focused service in a fast‑paced environment.
- Travel to satellite offices when required.
Required profile
- BSN with current state nursing licensure.
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure.
- 1‑2 years of primary‑care experience; 5+ years in allergy/asthma preferred.
- Current CPR certification and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, policies, and patient care plans.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and meet physical demand requirements.
Required skills
- Strong computer skills.
- CPR certification.
- Effective verbal and written communication in English.
