About the role

Join Urrly as a Nurse Practitioner providing in‑home assessments across Vancouver, WA. Earn $140 per completed visit, enjoy a $5,000 sign‑on bonus, and set your own flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

Review medical history and risk factors for each member.
Collect vitals, labs, and screening data during home visits.
Document findings in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Educate members on next steps and coordinate follow‑up when red flags are identified.

Required profile

Active Nurse Practitioner license.
Master’s degree in Nursing or higher.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Ability to work independently in the field.
