About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead its Pediatric Home Care team in Allentown, PA. This Nurse Manager role combines leadership of field nurses with direct pediatric client care, offering a pathway to grow your clinical and managerial expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and mentor nurses to deliver exceptional pediatric care.
- Visit pediatric clients, conduct assessments, and develop individualized care plans.
- Supervise and support nursing staff in the field, including new‑hire orientation and ongoing training.
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor, promoting quality care and strong client relationships.
Required profile
- Active RN license with at least 2 years of RN experience.
- Professional pediatric nursing experience.
- Supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills.
