High Acuity Pediatric Nurse (LPN) – Home Health

About the role

Join BAYADA’s Transition Team as a High Acuity Nurse (LPN) providing one‑on‑one pediatric care in the comfort of families’ homes across Lehigh and Northampton counties. You will support infants and young children as they move from hospital to home, delivering skilled care and caregiver education.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the HICU® team to deliver high‑quality, skilled nursing care to pediatric clients at home.
• Provide hands‑on training to caregivers and ongoing support to the BAYADA care team.
• Support families during the critical early stages of home care, including equipment management for trach/vent patients.

Required profile

• Active RN or LPN license with at least one year of verifiable nursing experience (pediatric experience preferred).
• Experience in NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care with trach/vent patients is highly preferred.
• Current CPR certification and ability to pass high‑tech pediatric simulations.
• Willingness to travel up to 1 hour within the service area and work at least two weekend shifts per month.
