Non-Technical Project/Program Management III – RVC Ops

About the role

We are looking for a highly self‑motivated and technically proficient experienced Project Manager. This role focuses on managing strategic continuous‑improvement projects within the Reverse Value Chain (RVC) and Applied Global Services (AGS) segment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify improvement areas and develop/execute projects to boost RVC efficiency.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to manage process‑efficiency improvement projects.
• Analyze root causes of RVC issues and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical discipline; PMP certification preferred.
• 7+ years of project‑management experience, preferably in process improvement and global logistics/supply‑chain.
• Proven ability to lead without authority, influence outcomes, and drive accountability in matrixed environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, especially with senior leadership.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with project‑management tools.
• Data‑visualisation using Tableau.
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
