Night Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Night Warehouse Supervisor leads the evening warehouse operation, ensuring wine and spirits are accurately loaded onto delivery trucks. This full‑time position oversees inventory, receiving, storage, staging, and shipment while maintaining a safe and efficient environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the truck loading process, picking orders from case lines and the bottle room, and loading trucks on schedule.
• Report and manage damage to equipment, product, and facilities; enforce preventative maintenance.
• Oversee unloading of trucks, verify product receipt, and ensure correct placement in the warehouse.
• Maintain storage organization, recommend layout improvements, and monitor security procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, federal, state, and local warehousing regulations.
• Supervise associates: hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, performance appraisal, and disciplinary actions.
• Handle work‑related injuries and manage beverage alcohol product handling.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a related warehouse or logistics role.
• Results‑oriented professional with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced, safety‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other computer programs.

What we offer

• Annual salary ranging from $54,600 to $74,025.
• Annual bonus target of 10%.
• Phone allowance of $300 per year.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 PM to finish.
