Night Warehouse Manager

About the role

The Night Warehouse Manager will supervise the overnight shift, ensuring smooth operations across all warehouse functions. This role focuses on quality, safety, cost reduction, and delivering exceptional customer service during night hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overnight operations including receiving, put‑away, transfers, restocking, freight, parcels and conversion.
• Lead and develop the night‑shift warehouse team to meet KPI targets.
• Maintain high accuracy levels and produce daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Oversee associate training on policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Ensure efficient workflow by keeping communication channels open across departments.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of warehousing management experience.
• Experience with power pallet jacks (required) and fresh produce handling (preferred).
• Ability to work the night shift and collaborate with other departments.
• Physical ability to walk, kneel, stand, lift 50 lb and work in temperatures from 35‑70 °F.
• Prior experience in the food industry is a plus.
