Night Shift Integrated Operations Center (IOC) Operator

About the role

The Night Shift Integrated Operations Center (IOC) Operator ensures safe, 24/7/365 monitoring and control of DGOC’s field assets across the Appalachian Basin. Working from a control room, you will leverage SCADA technology to optimize wells, gathering pipelines, compression stations and other midstream facilities while reducing field‑operator windshield time.

Key responsibilities

• Provide continuous surveillance, control (where available) and optimization of field assets during night hours.
• Identify and implement methods to decrease windshield time for field operators.
• Manage lift optimization, liquids handling, commissioning, return‑to‑service, high‑pressure optimization, and line‑pressure management.
• Track and maintain KPI’s for IOC performance and daily/intra‑shift personnel optimization.
• Collaborate with field analysts, lease operators, lead operators and senior leadership to resolve operational issues.

Required profile

• 1+ year of control‑room or SCADA operations experience (preferred).
• 5+ years of field operations experience in wellhead, pads, SWD, gathering or midstream environments.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
