Night Production Testing Operator (Field)

About the role

Colter Energy is seeking full‑time Night Production Testing Operators for its Pennsylvania division. The role involves traveling to multiple well sites across Pennsylvania (and occasionally neighboring states) to conduct gas well testing during night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise site activities and personnel during night operations.
• Maintain and service all well‑testing equipment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, on‑site personnel, day supervisors, and operations managers.
• Ensure accurate gauge and monitor readings, collect data and samples, and submit them promptly.
• Complete required shift paperwork and documentation.
• Train and mentor team members under your supervision.
• Follow Colter safety guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Working knowledge of industry regulations and willingness to seek clarification when needed.
• Ability to work away from home and handle shifts that may exceed 12 hours.
• Commitment to follow directions from day supervisors, field superintendents, and operations management.
