Night Auditor – Guest Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Night Auditor to join our hotel team. In this overnight position you will balance guest service with financial responsibilities, ensuring a smooth and secure operation during the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Balance and audit daily financial transactions for accuracy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests overnight, handling check‑ins, check‑outs, inquiries and special requests.
• Prepare and run daily financial reports, recording all transactions correctly.
• Assist with security checks to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage financial records accurately.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitask during overnight hours.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Familiarity with hotel management software (preferred).
