New Product Introduction Operator

About the role

The New Product Introduction Operator will support new production introduction projects at Philips' Plymouth, MN facility. This first‑shift position works closely with development teams to bring new products into manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Operate development equipment for assembling and processing prototype products.
• Assist development teams in defining process procedures and parameters.
• Measure and record established process parameters.
• Document all entries in the Lot History Record and follow GMP labeling, SOPs, and material segregation.

Required profile

• High school diploma (required).
• Experience in a cleanroom production assembly environment (preferred).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a regulated environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or with a team.

Required skills

• Routine use of a microscope.
